Job Description
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and comprehending technical worksheets, measurements, and standard requirements.
- Input information from technical worksheets and create corresponding data files.
- Support the sourcing, arrangement, or purchasing of materials, trims, and accessories for various sample types.
- Help check fabric, accessories, and packing material prices for sample order usage plans.
- Prepare fabric and trim cards for the sample room and production factory.
- Assist in reviewing raw material information for cost sheet preparation.
- Follow up on sample submissions to ensure they are on time and meet company specifications.
- Support the execution and monitoring of development processes, including the finalization of templates, tech packs, construction worksheets, and other necessary documentation.
- Make reports on order progress and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and purchasing teams to ensure order fluidity.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the garment industry.
- Have attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized and able to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel dan Accurate
- Hardworking with a good attitude and team spirit.
