Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanical supervisor (garment) in a similar position

• Excellent team leadership and supervision skills

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of sewing machine technical aspects in the garment industry

Responsibilities

1. Ensure industrial sewing machines are functioning properly and ready for use.

2. Perform routine sewing machine maintenance and repairs.

3. Lead and supervise the mechanical team in carrying out their duties.

4. Manage the mechanical team's work schedule and ensure timely completion of work.

5. Analyze and resolve problems that arise with sewing machines.

6. Conduct quality checks on production results related to the machines.

7. Conduct spare parts inventory and ensure availability.

8. Prepare reports related to machine maintenance and repairs.

Criteria

1. Minimum education of a Vocational High School (SMK) in Industrial Machinery, Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Able to analyze and solve problems

3. Understands and is able to create and implement routine machine maintenance schedules to maintain machine performance

4. Able to use Microsoft Office (for compiling reports and creating schedules)
