Business DevelopmentExplore and develop new market opportunities
Identify and build strategic partnerships, engage with communities and business networks to expand reach
Develop and scale sales & marketing initiatives across business units
Design offline marketing strategies such as brochures, promotional events, partnerships, and other creative approaches
Create engaging promotions and programs tailored to each business unit
Lead digital marketing campaigns across online platforms and social media
Initiate events and activities to boost sales and brand visibility
Manage and optimize CRM systems to build customer loyalty
Develop strategies to increase referrals and promote customer loyalty programs
Analyze and utilize customer data to run relevant campaigns that increase satisfaction and drive revenue
Identify training needs for marketing and customer service teams
Design and implement training programs to enhance skillsets, efficiency, and motivation
Provide ongoing coaching and supervision to maintain performance standards
Prepare regular reports on sales & marketing performance, CRM effectiveness, and budget management aligned with company targets
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development Manager
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer service skills
Target-driven, with strong networking capabilities and team-building experience
Innovative, creative, and a capable leader with excellent strategic thinking
Proficient in marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, FB Pixel, UTM Tracking, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms)
Willing to work hard and thrive under pressure
