Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that encompass both offline and digital/online channels, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Define and execute branding and positioning strategies to establish and strengthen our products presence in the market.
Identify target markets and develop strategies to expand the company's reach into new customer segments and geographic regions.
Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, industry events, print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and other offline channels, to support market expansion efforts.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising, to reach and engage with new markets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Create compelling marketing collateral and content that resonates with target markets, communicates our brand value proposition, and supports market expansion efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, market penetration, and expansion success.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in offline and digital marketing, branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion, proactively identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities related to branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion.
Collaborate with the sales, business development and product team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools that support lead generation, sales conversion, and market expansion.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing assets for both online and offline channels, aligning with target market preferences and expansion objectives.
Stay up to date with marketing technologies and tools, recommending and implementing new solutions to improve marketing efficiency and results for branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the software/ERP industry. At least 3 (three) years experience in marketing or related position is preferably
Strong knowledge and experience in both offline and digital/online marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience in branding, positioning, market identification, and expansion, including defining brand identity, market segmentation, and market penetration strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing channels.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
