Creme and Tonic is a lifestyle-forward body care brand built around subtle rituals, thoughtful design, and elevated everyday experiences. We're entering a new chapter, with more offline activations and brand campaigns in the pipeline — and we're looking for someone to help us bring it all together.
This role that combines brand marketing strategy and on-ground activation execution. You'll plan, coordinate, and deliver monthly campaigns and physical experiences like pop-ups and venue partnerships. The ideal candidate is organised, culturally in tune, and able to bring ideas to life from start to finish.

What You'll Do
* Plan and manage Creme and Tonic's monthly campaign calendar (e.g. product launches, seasonal moments, events planning)
* Work with the Partnerships Specialist, Creative Designer, Marketing Director and Managing Director, to brief, align, and launch campaigns across social and offline
* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations — from retail pop-ups to experiential collabs
* Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure activations run smoothly
* Track timelines, budgets, and post-activation results (foot traffic, engagement, UGC)
* Pitch creative campaign and activation ideas that reflect the brand's lifestyle positioning
* Liaise with content and ads teams to ensure message and timing alignment across channels
* Handle key logistical details like venue specs, install planning, and vendor delivery fit
Who You Are
* 2-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, events, or activations
* Comfortable working across creative and operational roles
* Up-to-date with current trending lifestyle venues
* Organised, self-driven, and able to run with a brief
* Strong taste and visual instinct — knows what “on-brand” means intuitively
* Fluent in English
* Based in or able to travel to Jakarta for events and venue visits
* Bonus: experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
