About the role
The Marketing Event role at PT. Gaabor Technology Indonesia' is a crucial part of the company's Trade Marketing team. As a fulltime position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing impactful marketing events that drive brand awareness and product sales for the company's innovative appliances. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct contribution to the success of a leading global manufacturer in the growing Indonesian market.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing event strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives
Organizing and coordinating all logistical elements of marketing events, from venue selection and attendee management to on-site execution
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate event programming with broader marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Analyzing event data and providing detailed post-event reporting to measure performance and inform future planning
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the company's marketing event offerings
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in event management or marketing, ideally within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Creativity and innovation in designing engaging and impactful event experiences
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimize event performance
A passion for the electric appliances industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
