About the role

PT Asuransi Wahana Tata is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Agency to join our team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services to our target audience.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

Identifying and leveraging the most effective marketing channels and tactics to reach potential customers

Creating engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, such as advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with and support sales initiatives

Analysing marketing performance data to continuously improve and optimise campaigns

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the account and relationship management sub-industry

Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
