Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth internal and external research to understand Luxehouze's business objectives and develop high-level strategic initiatives.
• Support the Management in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collect and analyze data from various external sources to conduct feasibility studies and create financial forecasts.
• Create and present reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in identifying business opportunities and risks.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Freelance and full-time positions are available for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Min 1-2 years of experience in Fashion, Retail, Consulting, and/or FMCG industry. Other relevant industries are also welcomed.
• Used to working in the strategy & operations landscape.
• Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Have basic knowledge of Excel, Slides, and Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and top management.
• Strong understanding or passion of luxury retail, high-end brands, and luxury market trends.
