Drive accurate cost estimation for civil, mechanical, and custom machinery installation projects in a chemical manufacturing environment. Ensure project efficiency through detailed analysis, industrial standards, and advanced technical tools.

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates (RAB) for civil construction, mechanical works, and production machinery installations.

• Perform detailed unit price analysis (AHSP) using field data and industrial benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to align budget plans with project execution.

• Conduct market surveys on material, labor, and machinery components to optimize procurement efficiency.

• Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools to support project design and feasibility studies.

• Apply industry-standard design and construction codes for chemical storage and handling facilities (e.g., API, ASME, SNI, NFPA).

• Support the planning and execution of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for custom production equipment.

• Utilize cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or advanced Excel) for precise and scalable budgeting.

• Provide cost evaluation during project bidding or investment feasibility study stages.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation or engineering project management, preferably in chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.

• Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and unit price analysis (AHSP).

• Familiar with chemical plant facility design standards and safe construction practices.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software for technical drawing and layout.

• Skilled in Excel advanced functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas) and/or cost estimation tools (CostX, Candy, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning procedures for production machinery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost planning.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
