Profile Summary :

The role holder has close interaction with the factory team (Production & Engineering, Planning, Safety, Quality Assurance and Central Maintenance), HR and Finance functions. He/she responsible to handle the plant production lines with respect to achieving the desired efficiency level in the plant.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the achievement of excellent customer service through the timely delivery of products with the required quality. 

2. Achievement of production volume targets of all products as per the Master Production Schedule 

3. Provide leadership to achieve expected product quality through use and improvement of the plant's quality system 

4. Achieve quality objectives by ensuring compliance with factory quality system 

5. Provide Leadership in GMP implementation 

6. Develop strategy and action to efficiently achieve business objectives within the framework of the factory's total manufacturing objectives 

7. Drive the improvement of plant efficiencies and achievement of OEE targets 

8. Manage repair and maintenance of production machineries to assure machine breakdown within the target and the asset will have long life operations. 

9. Responsible for direct labor cost control and optimization 

10. Support implementation NPD/EPD project, from production trial until commercial run stage

11. Initiate/Implement waste reduction programs/continuous improvement/cost saving/X-trim & Squeeze projects 

12. Establishes budgets and tracking methods in order to achieve improvements in cost/productivity/quality 

13. Ensures operations abide by Reckitt Safety goals and comply with Company and Health & Safety requirements 

14. Provide leadership in developing/implementing plant safety & housekeeping programs 

15. Training and reviewing the performance of the team of supervisors and workers reporting to him on a periodic basis 

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Preferably Chemical, Mechanical

2. Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in managing a plant's operations 

3. Having good commercial awareness: Understands the impact of Supply decisions on business profitability 

4. In depth knowledge of Engineering responsibilities, systems, and standards and GMPs
