About the role

We are seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker to join our growing team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia in Jakarta. As a Mandarin Speaker, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and collaboration between our Indonesian operations and our Chinese stakeholders. What you'll be doing

• As the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and colleagues

• Provide translation and interpretation services, ensuring clear and accurate communication

• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents in both Mandarin and English

• Support the coordination of meetings, conferences, and other events involving Mandarin-speaking participants

• Contribute to the development of cross-cultural understanding and effective working relationships

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Mandarin

• Excellent translation and interpretation skills, with the ability to convey complex information accurately and effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Willingness to learn about Air Conditioning

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, multinational environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as linguistics, translation, or international business

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
