Job Description:
Upstream1. Overall, in charge of Indonesia Marketing & Tradingactivities2. Sales of Indonesia upstream production (CPO and PK)to local and export markets3. Optimizing shipping and logistic operations for betterefficiency for all mills in Indonesia4. Price decision making & problem solving5. Customer relationship management for better marketingoperations
DownstreamA. Sourcing of raw material1. Sourcing of raw material to feed refinery and twocrushing plants in Indonesia with best price in orderto give better margin to its products and profitability toits plant2. Handling commodity risk of refinery & KCPs throughhedging of purchase and sale of products to ensuremargin secured and minimizing loss3. Handling relationship with all suppliers of refinery &KCPB. Handling commodity risk of refinery and KCP1. To hedge of purchase/sale of products to securemargin and or minimizing loss for refinery and KCPC. Develop new products and markets with higher margin1. Develop market for sustainable oil2. To maintain good working relationship with various
suppliers, buyers and all stake holders3. To open new market/products to ensure highermarginD. To oversee logistics & shipping section for shipmentactivities and better operational activitiesE. Gather market information, pricing structures andcompetitive studies of markets with networking andkeeping close relationship with all vegetable industryplayers, suppliers, brokers & shipping agents1. Networking and keeping good relationship with allvegetable oil industries, enabling capturing of bestprice for sourcing and salesF. Overall, in charge of activities two-palm kernel crushingplants for all activities related to sales and purchases ofCPKO, PKE and PKG. Trading1. Responsible to open new palm oil business division -sourcing and trading - in Indonesia2. Introduce and build a good relationship withsuppliers, customers, traders, and governmentinstitutions about Sourcing and Trading Division
