Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, automation systems, and facility equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted EV manufacturing operations.

This role supports equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and ensures all machinery operates safely and efficiently in compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
3. Support maintenance of automation systems, PLC, sensors, and robotic equipment.
4. Respond quickly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime.
5. Conduct routine inspection and machine condition monitoring.
6. Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
7. Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and equipment improvement projects.
8. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially high-voltage safety (if working in EV area).
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
10. Maintain spare parts inventory and report material requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing industry (automotive/EV preferred).
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willing to work in shifts.
