About the Role

Yori&Co is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Accounting Officer to support the company’s financial operations and reporting. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring all financial documents are properly organized.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments
• Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial and operational documents
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams regarding financial matters
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and documentation
• Assist with audit, tax, and compliance requirements when needed 

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related roles
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using accounting software is a plus (Accurate Online)
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently
