• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,200,000 - Rp3,550,000 per bulan

As a Maintenance Staff you are responsible to:

• Inspect the water supply system, including faucets, toilets, and showers, for leaks or damage.  

• Inspect the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine inspections and tests of emergency lights and fire safety equipment.  

• Inspect fire safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly.  

• Inspect the building for structural damage, leaks, or signs of wear and tear.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff and perform necessary repairs.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC units.

• Repair or replace faulty equipment or components as needed.

• Coordinate with the Engineering Team Leader for major or specialized maintenance tasks.

• Assist in project management in accordance with the instructions of the Engineering Team Leader.

• Report to the Engineering Team Leader if there are any specific issues that arise during the project.

• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the garden area, including picking up trash, watering plants, and removing any hazards.

• Water plants, trees, and lawn regularly to ensure proper hydration.

• Trim bushes, hedges, and trees to maintain a neat appearance.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, or other necessary treatments to promote healthy plant growth.

• Remove weeds and maintain the cleanliness of garden pathways.

• Ensure the pH of the swimming pool by adding chemicals in accordance with applicable SOPs.

• Ensure that the swimming pool is in good condition and ready for use.

• Report any swimming pool facilities that are not in compliance.

• Follow up with other departments to ensure that the project does not disrupt guest comfort and is carried out within the appropriate timeline.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
