Telemecanique Sensors melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Maintenance Engineer di Batam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Telemecanique Sensors. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Maintenance Engineer di Batam Perusahaan Telemecanique Sensors:

Job Descriptions:

• To drive & implement preventive and predictive maintenance on production machine effectively (Manual/Semi auto/Full auto assembly machine, Tester machine) supported by Technicians
• To reduce machine breakdown in order to achieve MTTR and MTBF target
• To support Technicians on taking containment and permanent action in order to fix current problem and prevent the same problem in the future.
• To make exchange between Maintenance Technicians, sharing experience to improve the existing knowledge and experience.
• To arrange training need to improve the skill level following the expectation level
• Define critical spare part and ensure keep spare (no shortage) when needed
• To control spare part expense usage and check any abnormality consumption and define action to improve it
• To supervise, give support and motivation to Maintenance Technicians in order to get optimum result (good service quality, fast delivery with optimum cost).
• To drive maintenance improvement project due to performance issue, renewal and obsoletion device
• Identify potential accident and incident and perform quick response to take positive action to prevent any potential accident and incident (near miss).
• Provide clear guidance to maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide of single breakdown type.
• Give quick update on every issue related to equipment breakdown in daily cross functional meeting.
• Support implementation of engineering design change related to modification need in machine.
• Early involvement on new project introduction from Industrial team
• Follow up and communicate with supplier for service support, spare part need and others

Requirements:

• Minimal Diploma/Bacheloe Degree in Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Having minimum 2 years’ experience as Maintenance engineer in manufacturing company
• Having experience and hands on with Manual/Semi auto/Full auto assembly machine, Tester machine (Standard branded machine or Customize machine)
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot assembly and tester machine
• Having knowledge in Pneumatic system, Vacuum system, Soldering process, familiar with Sensors, Timers, PLC, Motor, Inverter
• Having knowledge in computer, IT device and network
• Experience on some software: PLC (Schneider PLC is a plus), Visual Basic (dot.NET) /MS-SQL (Microsoft) is mandatory. LabView and protocols (Modbus, Modbus TCP, CAN..) is advantage
• Understand to read mechanical drawing and Electrical Drawing & Schematic
• Having strong knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance and able to be controlling Maintenance expense cost.
• Highly motivated and capable to do improvement to eliminate machine downtime, to control spare parts usage & preventive maintenance.
• Able to lead high performance team
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skill with ability to work as part of team, fast learning and have positive attitude
