POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for working in a group environment in supports the manufacturing related to maintenance:

1. Write and maintain up-to-date Maintenance procedures, Work standards, Preventive Maintenance plans
2. Act to improve the reliability of equipment & tooling
3. Act proactively for successful implementation and added‑value use of CMMS, EDMM and other application
4. Participate to smooth and efficient integration of new equipment
5. Act to improve the Maintenance effectiveness & efficiency of its entity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
2. Min. 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing for equipment control and maintenance, with specialty in End of Line Tester (EOLT) for electronic/automotive products.
3. Good communication skills and English Proficient
4. Familiar with 6S and lean manufacturing methodologies
5. Have experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
6. Have knowledge about IATF 16949 as well as ISO 14001, ISO 45001
7. Team-oriented, flexible with strong leadership skills.
8. Structured method of operation, self-dependent with an ability to work well under pressure and given deadlines.
9. Autonomous, self‑motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the delivery of the business needs by performing effective troubleshooting.
2. Establish & implement maintenance plan of equipment, fixture and tooling and planned preventive maintenance routines.
3. Maximize the use of production equipment and act to minimize the equipment non-availability.
4. Supporting production activities to ensure all the machines run smoothly.
5. Create and update maintenance work instructions for its parameter and ensure the availability of the equipment & tooling documentation.
6. Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs and act to improve the reliability of equipment.
7. Responsible for production plan execution and productivity goals achievement.
8. Ensure maintenance cover for production areas is provided.
9. Equipment repair, fixture design and equipment debugging/trouble shooting.
10. Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.
11. Participate to the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, including of safety validation of equipment, and to potential refurbishments of manufacturing equipment.
12. Develop and maintain knowledge of debug and troubleshooting, including safety requirements; capitalize lessons learned.
13. Involve in process improvement and productivity improvement activity.
14. Define and lead actions to avoid breakdowns’ recurrence.
15. Participate to maintenance budget preparation and lead actions to reduce the total Maintenance.
16. Ensure all the chemical or waste related to maintenance or production is handled properly as per compliance
