Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Proven experience in labor law, employment contracts, dispute resolution, and compliance.
3. Familiarity with HR policies and employment regulations is required.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations (local and international if applicable)
5. Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to provide strategic legal advice and guidance on HR issues.
8. Able to speak English is a plus
9.Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations regarding company establishment, OSS, LKPM, WLKP, and AMDAL is a plus
10. Placement in SEMARANG
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
2. Advise HR and management on legal issues related to employee relations, terminations, and disputes.
3. Draft, review, and update employee contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
4. Represent the company in labor disputes and work closely with external legal counsel.
5. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Monitor changes in labor laws and provide training to HR staff on relevant updates.
7. Collaborate with HR on matters such as recruitment, disciplinary actions, and benefits administration.
8.Manage the submission of documents for business licenses, permits, and certifications through the OSS system
9.Prepare, monitor, and submit LKPM,WLKP, etc reports in accordance with Indonesian investment regulations
10.Responsible for managing the company establishment process and overseeing all necessary steps for establishing a new business
