Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, Administration, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal affairs, company establishment, licensing, or other related fields.
Strong knowledge and skills in legal matters, company establishment, licensing, legal opinions, risk management, foreign workers (expatriates), and related documentation.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Korean, both oral and written.
Skilled in using Indonesia's official online licensing systems from relevant authorities (OSS, Evisa Imigrasi, TKA Online, Silapor Lagi, etc).
Able to work effectively with government institutions and demonstrate strong time management skills.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
Job Description:
Handle the end-to-end process of business licensing for clients, including company establishment, company data amendments, license renewals, legal opinions, and other related permits.
Manage all foreign worker permit and immigration processes, including applications for work visas, business visas, address changes, visa extensions, RPTKA & Notifications, and other requirements through Evisa Imigrasi, TKA Online, Silapor Lagi (Dukcapil), Police Department systems, and other relevant government platforms.
Monitor regulatory developments.
Provide legal opinions and risk management support to companies.
Oversee foreign worker permits and ensure legal compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with government institutions and relevant authorities for license applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
