Legal Officer

Job Description:

• Reviewing internal contracts for employees and externally for vendors who collaborate with the company.

• Protect and supervise the company's activities in order to avoid legal problems.

• Manage and ratify company documents related to law.

• Mediate with third parties in the event of a conflict.

• Provides legal assistance, supports and administration on matters related to regulations, commercial contracts, service agreement and corporate services/corporate action.

• Drafting, review, interpretation on Company's documents (agreement, business license, other documents as the company's requirement.

• Providing applicable and strategic legal advice as required

• Manage Corporates event as required by authority (AGMS and related BI, OJK event : GCG, Education Literacy , Customer Protection and etc)

• Performing legal research and preparing analysis, summaries, reports as required such legal opinion

• Ensuring the availability of legal documentation which secure the company legal stand point in any contracts with business partner, counterparts, creditors and suppliers or vendors

• Other assignment from superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Experience as Senior/Supervisor specializing in law/legal services or equivalent preferable from Financial industry.

• Familiar in law/legal knowledge related with corporate, civil, criminal and commercial law including BI & OJK regulation

• PERADI/Lawyer Certified will be considered an advantage

• Have deep knowledge or experienced in Corporate and Litigation

• Experience to handle legal, compliance and litigation matters

• Have good networking & relationship with regulator in related with company's requirement

• Strong ability to analyze situations and information

• Have strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills

• Have strong commercial sense and ability to make practical evaluations of risks

• Good proficiency in English both oral & written is a must

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Willing to work from office: West Jakarta
