Currently, we are opening a career opportunity for an Legal, Lisence, & Permit Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle permits & licenses (OSS, NIB, LKPM, SIINAS, and other operational approvals) for company and ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and related regulations.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws, manpower rules, and industrial zone regulations.
Manage expatriate permits and documentation (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, VISA etc.)
Liaise with government, notary & authorities for company compliance.
Monitor and maintain legal and permit documentation, including tracking expiry dates and renewal processes.
Coordinate with authorities or related parties when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law/HR/Business Administration.
Minimal 3 years experience in Company Registration, Permit & lisence Process (Mainly foreign investment manufacturing company (PMA)).
Strong knowledge of OSS (NIB, PKKPR, KBLI, LKPM), SIINAS, other related online system.
Skilled in organization, documentation, and compliance audit.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial zone companies.
Familiar with bonded-zone / KITE compliance.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
High Integrity, detail-oriented, problem solver.
Fast learner with strong execution, attention to detail, and ability to provide instant feedback and review.
