PT Agro Raya Mas, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group located in Medan, North Sumatera Province, is one of a leading palm oil refinery and fractionation manufacturer poised to emerge as a major global producer in the palm oil industry.

We are seeking a skilled Legal & Corporate Service Staff to provide support for our manufacturing operations. 

Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, agreements, and correspondence.

• Support licensing and permit applications, and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain proper filing systems and accurate records of legal and corporate decisions.

• Coordinate with notaries for company deed administration and filings.

• Conduct basic legal research related to prevailing local regulations.

• Prepare letters and notifications to government agencies and coordinate responses.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation to stakeholders as required.

• Attend meetings and represent the company in legal or government-related matters when needed.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.

• Experience in a plantation or palm oil industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of licensing processes and OSS system.

• Willing to be placed on site or do business trip.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (including English proficiency).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
