Capital Life obtained an operating license in the Life Insurance business sector on May 5 2014, No. KEP-32/D.05/2014, from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of the Republic of Indonesia and registered as a member of the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI).

• Operational and general compliance including anti-bribery and corruption, IT compliance and personal data protection program.
• Compliance training to employees and business partners.
• Review of insurance products policy and supporting documents.
• Maintenance and update of company's inventory of rules, policy & procedures.
• Regulatory compliance, i.e. providing advise to business unit on prevailing rules and regulations.
• Respond to any request data/document/other from regulator/authorities.
• Implement projects related to compliance as deemed determined by department (if any).
• Doing advisory and review on the company's legal document.
• Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments from legal & compliance aspects.

• Minimal experience of 3 years as a legal compliance officer or related positions
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, Business Management, and related fields.
• Experience in life insurance or insurance industry
• Good interpersonal skills and team work.
• Good communication skills
• Having extensive knowledge of compliance with relevant laws, especially regulations regarding financial services would be an advantage
• Flexible, solution-oriented, proactive, hands-on attitude, good business acumen, willingness to learn more, and the capability of providing both operational and strategic legal & compliance guidance.
• Analytical, persistent, and attention to details
