About the role

As the Learning Development Manager at Erajaya Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development initiatives for the organisation. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and will involve leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's overall success.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Learning & Development or Training role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing successful training programs that drive employee engagement and performance
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using learning management systems, content authoring tools, and data analytics to measure training effectiveness
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
