ResponsibilitiesAs a NIKE Trainer, you will:
Training Needs & Program Design
Identify training and development needs through analysis and collaboration with management.
Design, enhance, and implement programs tailored to the needs of store teams.
Develop and deliver effective induction programs for new hires, apprentices, and graduate trainees.
Create individual learning plans to support employee growth.
Research and apply the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Collaborate with teams to ensure programs meet the needs of all NIKE frontliners.
Deliver engaging training sessions via classroom, online, and blended learning methods.
Develop high-quality training materials for in-house programs.
Oversee and manage the delivery of training initiatives.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance
Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and discussions with Area Managers.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company training requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
Plan and measure the return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives.
Manage program budgets efficiently.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or higher.
Maximum 35 years old.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Certified Trainer (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years' experience as an HR Trainer in a Retail Fashion Company.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Pleasant, confident, fun, and energetic personality.
Willing to be based in Kelapa Gading.
