What You'll Be Doing:

• Convert Leads into Consultations - introduce Genstarkids to potential parents and invite them for a trial class
• Turn Consultations into Enrollments - Guide parents through the decision-making process and close sales by showcasing how Genstarkids can support their child's learning journey.
• ⁠⁠Drive Engagement at Booths & Events - Represent Genstarkids at booths & school fairs to generate leads.

What We're Looking For:

• Money-Oriented & Sales-Driven - Highly motivated by income potential and skilled in converting leads into enrollments.
• Passionate About Kids & Education - Enthusiastic about children's learning and able to build trust with parents.
• Persuasive Communicator - Persuasive in explaining value & handling objections.
• Event & Activation Experience - Comfortable engaging families at booths & activations.
• Weekend Availability - Must be willing to work on weekends when needed.
