PT LF Services Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Leader Warehouse di Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT LF Services Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Leader Warehouse di Surabaya Perusahaan PT LF Services Indonesia:

Responsible to carry out the daily activities of warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and ensure all team members work safely and follow the appropriate SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure and supervise that all SOP & Working Instruction are well understood and 100% implemented by the warehouse team.
• To ensure all job function in warehouse understand the instruction correctly in doing warehouse operational activity.
• Support SPV to calculate the required of daily labour for Loader.
• Coordinate with external Department like HSE, HRD, HSE, IT regarding:

1. Employee (Absenteeism, Over Time Report, etc).
2. Audit preparation and 5S activity.
3. Trucking / Security.
4. IT System condition.

• Create Warehouse Daily Activity Report needed by Supervisor and or Operation Manager.
• Support Supervisor to create, review & revise SOP & WI needed by operational.
• Communicate warehouse daily targets to operational team members.

Qualification & Experience:

• Min. SMA or Equivalent
• Have Min. 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operation.
• Skilled in computer literation and Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Skilled in SAP, WMS.
• Have basic knowledge of Good Warehouse Practice.
• Have basic knowledge of Safety Management in Warehouse Operation.
• Willing to be placement at Surabaya, East Java
