PT LF Services Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Inventory Control Admin di Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT LF Services Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Inventory Control Admin di Surabaya Perusahaan PT LF Services Indonesia:

Carry out daily inventory activities by adjusting the stock of goods between the system and the actual in each operation site.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust and revise any stock discrepancies in terms of SKU, quantity, and location based on request from customer or operational team with approval from upper management.
• Evaluate and update stock master data (SKU, Location, Zone) based on information from customer and/or operational team.
• Conduct stock movement by system for product grouping based on customer’s store.
• Conduct stock comparison between system and actual and report to upper management.
• Update and create pick face location for replenishment activity based on transaction.
• Create cycle count and stock take form and inform the result to customer and operational team based on SOP.
• Make a traceability report and inform a customer in a timely manner.
• Prepare data for daily and monthly Inventory KPI report to upper management.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Minimum SMA or equivalent
• Minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in Warehouse Inventory
• Have a basic knowledge of WMS and SAP.
• Skilled in computer literature (MS word, Ms Excel).
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Willing to be placement at Surabaya area
