Qualifications :
Bachelors/Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimun 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in printing industry.
Strong understanding of finishing processes, including sorting, inspection, and packing.
Familiar with ERP systems or production management systems.
Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and communicative.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Willing to work in 3-shift system.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Descriptions :
Lead and supervise finishing operations, ensuring smooth operations from sorting, quality checking, to final packing.
Manage daily workforce planning, assign tasks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower based on production priorities.
Coordinate with PPIC to align schedules with delivery targets.
Identify production process issue and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with quality standards during the finishing process.
Ensure consistent application of safety measures, discipline procedures, and company regulations.
