About the role

As the Lead Illustrator you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling illustrations and animations to support the company's marketing and branding efforts. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of the company's visual identity.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality illustrations and animations for a variety of digital and print assets, including app, websites, social media, advertising, and marketing collateral

• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity standards

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an illustrator or animator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative abilities and versatility

• Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects)

• Excellent artistic and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring concepts to life through your illustrations and animations especially about anime and manhwa

• A deep understanding of design principles, colour theory, and composition, as well as a solid grasp of animation techniques and storytelling

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
