Responsibilities

• Assisting specialist & technologist to carry out all new product development and application task in a timely manner with high technical integrity.

• Prepare food & beverage products with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

• Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing

• Manage the inventory for raw materials, finished goods and consumable items.

• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines are being adhered to across the premises.

• Ensure all responsibilities and activities associated with this role meet the requirement of service quality, product quality and product safety.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A diploma or certificate in Food Science/Technology, Food Engineering or a related field is required.

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in food industry

• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with colleagues

• Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required

Placement: South Jakarta, Indonesia
