About the role
We are seeking a talented KOL Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT. Premiere Beaute Kosmetik in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in executing our influencer marketing strategy and driving engagement with our target audience.
What you'll be doing
Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) that align with our brand and marketing initiatives
Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our customers
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling, on-brand content for KOL partnerships
Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL campaigns, optimising strategies based on data-driven insights
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the influencer marketing space
Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven background working directly in a beauty industry brand/company.
Proven track record of successfully executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies
Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis
Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends
