About the RoleOur company is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account & Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing important client relationships and coordinating wedding events for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, events, and client service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of wedding events—from the initial consultation through to flawless execution

• Collaborate with internal teams, venues, and trusted vendors to ensure a smooth planning and event process

• Maintain accurate planning documentation and provide timely updates to clients throughout the process

• Support the sales team in identifying and converting new business opportunities

• Help and support decoration team
