• Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and actively participate in QHSE programs.
• Innovate and enhance business development methods and techniques.
• Monitor customer communication for commercial and operational matters.
• Recommend best practices for commercial and operational excellence.
• Maintain and utilize a customer database for targeted outreach.
• Coordinate sales efforts with inside sales teams.
• Travel for meetings and operational matters as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Project Logistics, with at least 5 years at a management level.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of respect for others.
