Job Description:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
Responsible for developing and implementing all functions of Human Resources including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Training Management together with HR Manager.
Collaborate with IT Department to develop internal HR Information System and to ensure successful operation of and integration with HRIS.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases and make sure all data is updated.
Liaise with all departments to provide feedback and analysis of department requirements in terms of staffing, structure and employee needs together with the HR Manager.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Provide insight and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organisation compliance.
Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
Assist with managing of a positive and value aligned employee Culture.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
5 year(s) proven working experience as Supervisor Human Resource
In-depth knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, People Development, Organizational Development, Labor Law and other HR best practices
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Must be the best at what they do and go the extra mile, needs to be flexible, to provide top quality services.
Ability to keep their word, deliver results, be committed to their responsibilities, have strong willpower and act as if the business was their own.
Team Management Skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Willing to be placed in Tangerang & Cikande, Banten
