About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Junior Assistant Purchasing & Warehouse to join our growing team at PT Tigate Trees Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in East Nusa Tenggara and will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and inventory management processes.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the procurement of raw materials, components and other supplies to support production

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, track orders and ensure on-time delivery

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all purchasing activities and inventory levels

Support the warehouse team in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods

Perform regular stock checks and identify any discrepancies or stock shortages

Assist with the implementation of inventory management systems and processes

Provide administrative support to the purchasing and logistics teams as required

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement or warehouse role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industries

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
