Job Title: Junior Analyst 

Location: Jak (or remote) 

Company Information: Daniel P. O'Reilly and Company (DPO&Co.) is a boutique strategy consulting firm that specializes in rapidly delivering value to our clients. We engage with Private Equity firms and traditional corporate clients on projects similar to those done at A.T Kearney, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc. Additionally, our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services are specifically targeted to mid-market clients to improve any inefficiency in the back-office functions by leveraging labor cost arbitrage and time zone difference. BPO performs several services, including Finance & Accounting, CRM, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, HR, Admin functions, and many more based on our client's specific needs. After several successful years and completing over 50 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Denver, New Delhi, Colombia, Indonesia, and Philippines. Our BPO team has tripled since 2020 and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team's experience and skills to the next level!   

Job Description 

• Provide support to Business Analysts in executing client projects related to consulting, market research, and/or BPO work execution 

• Conduct end-to-end data gathering, perform insightful analysis to develop presentations on the ‘so-what' recommendation for client deliverables 

• Support team in other capacity such as business development and internal firm-building activities, including but not limited to, prepare research dossier and potential clienteles 

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

Key Qualifications / Experience 

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior Undergraduates pursuing Engineering / Economics / Business degree with min 3.4 GPA.

• Good track record in team working situation, able to communicate in situation with high level of diversity. 

• Ability to multitask and organize between projects, and work under pressure, willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done in the best way possible. 

• Having a growth mindset and problem-solving skills, energized to discover new things and find the way to clear up various issues. 

• Strong communication and English proficiency (both oral and written) 

• Candidates must be able to produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment  

• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills with basic functions. Having Microsoft PowerPoint experience would be a plus 

• Commit to work 40 hours/week.
