About this Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Accountant to join the finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Good English and communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and all tax-related matters, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support management decisions.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in accounting.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., Odoo, Xero, SAP).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Willing to be placed in Padang Luwih, Bali.
For this position, the client's budget is between 5.000.000 - 7.000.000 / month
