The Green Room Seminyak, managed by PT. Indonesia Surfaris, is currently seeking an energetic and skilled Bar Juicer as well as able to make a coffee to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on creating fresh juices and juice-based cocktails, ensuring quality and flavor while providing exceptional service in a lively bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Juice & Coffee Preparation:

  • Prepare a variety of fresh juices and juice blends for mocktails, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as coffees (part of cold kitchen)

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all juice's product. 

• Mocktail Mixing:

  • Collaborate with bartenders to create innovative juice-based mocktails.

  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain presentation standards. 

• Customer Service:

  • Greet customers and take drink orders with a friendly demeanor.

  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about juice options and cocktails.

• Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized juicing area and bar station.

  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary work environment. 

• Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of fresh produce and supplies.

  • Assist in ordering and restocking as necessary. 

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Bar Juicer for minimum of 1 year.

• Knowledge of juicing techniques and mocktail mixing is a plus.

• Initiative, strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up heavy things.

• Comfortable working in a lively bar atmosphere with potential noise and activity.
