Job Description:
Hardware and Software Management:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks. This includes setting up new workstations, installing peripherals like printers and scanners, and managing user accounts.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. This might involve troubleshooting user errors, hardware malfunctions, or network problems.
User Support:
Providing technical assistance to users, either in person, over the phone, or remotely, to resolve their IT-related problems.
Training and Documentation:
Training users on new technologies and software and potentially creating documentation to support users.
System Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, virus scans, and system backups, to ensure the smooth and secure operation of computer systems.
Security:
Implementing security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls, to protect computer systems and data.
Hardware Maintenance:
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware components, like hard drives, memory modules, or other peripherals
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years' experiences in IT Support
Well organized & detail oriented
Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.), and networks.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
