Overview

Our client, a leading financial institution in Pekanbaru, Riau, ID, is actively seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist (Lead Information Security Engineer) to spearhead cybersecurity initiatives. The role emphasizes designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architectures and leading security teams to protect critical IT infrastructure and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide information security solutions and architectures.
• Oversee the development and execution of security strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor a team of information security engineers and analysts.
• Conduct in-depth security assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and refine incident response plans and lead response efforts during security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and application security.
• Expertise in security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, WAF, EDR, and cryptographic solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation for security tasks (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSMP, CCIE Security) are highly preferred.
