Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Marketing or other related fields).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within IT consulting or system integrator companies.
- Good understanding of IT products and services.
- Skilled in business negotiation with customers and clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Active, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in English (reading and speaking) is an advantage.
- Neat appearance and able to maintain a professional, presentable image.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Approach and promote services and products to new or existing customers.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with customers and make regular visits.
- Create offer letters, project costing and seek approval from the territory manager before proceeding to customers.
- Coordinate with the presales team the customer's needs and provide best solutions to customers.
- Register leads, send offer letters to customers, and follow up the leads. Update every progress of the leads is mandatory.
- Coordinate to customers and internal team to propose meetings, presentations or PoC activities.
- With a support form presales, coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement and finance dept. to conduct handover meetings to make sure all communication is synchronized.
- Assist territory manager to prepare and conduct bids. Administer and responsible for preparing bid documents.
- Handle complaints and maintain good communication with customers.
- Perform in sales target that has been assigned by the company.
- Report on a daily basis to the territory manager or Sales Director if needed.
- Assist PMO in processing BAGL/BAST or project documentations.
- Assist Finance dept. in the payment process if problems arise.
