Role Statement

The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support daily and weekly production scheduling based on business demand.
• Monitor production performance and track plan versus actual results.
• Assist in analyzing losses, KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to capacity planning and long-term production strategies.
• Use digital tools to manage, analyze, and visualize production data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on projects.
• Support deployment of improvement initiatives and digital solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support communication and decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma's Degree or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Statistics/Actuarial, or other relevant technical backgrounds.
• Maximum of 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Power BI) for data management and visualization is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability, especially in handling data related to production planning and performance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• This position is open for candidates with disabilities.
