Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Planner , you will assist the planning and scheduling team in managing project timelines and coordinating with various departments. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience Planning and Scheduling in a dynamic environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

• Assist in creating and updating project schedules using scheduling software, under the guidance of experienced planners.
• Help monitor project progress and support the team in identifying potential delays.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather data for schedule updates.
• Contribute to preparing status reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Support the team in analyzing project performance metrics and brainstorming ideas for improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in creating planning and scheduling presentations.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Active college student in D3/D4/S1. (Industrial Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field)
• Minimum GPA must be 3.00 ( from scale 4.00 ).
• Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 2 Months.
• Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
