We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across multiple markets. In this role, you will develop strategic initiatives, collaborate with leading influencers, and deliver campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage audiences effectively.

• Develop and run influencer marketing strategies tailored to each market.
• Initiate creative, innovative projects to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Agency Influencer Relations:

• Manage partnerships with local agencies and oversee influencer selection.
• Identify, brief, and build relationships with top influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Prepare clear briefs, check influencer content for quality and brand fit, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and social media teams to align on campaign ideas and execution.

Insights, Reporting & Research:

• Conduct research on competitors, audiences, and market trends to inform influencer strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPV, CPM, ROI, retention).
• Prepare actionable reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years in influencer marketing with proven campaign execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Experience managing agencies, influencers, and cross functional teams.
• Strong creative sense for content ideas and trend driven campaigns.
• Solid analytical skills with focus on reach, ER, CPMV.
• Excellent briefing, feedback, and reporting abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in fast paced, international environments.
