Apical melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Industrial Relation Specialist di Riau yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Apical. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Industrial Relation Specialist di Riau Perusahaan Apical:

1. Union Management & Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)

  • Develop and maintain constructive, transparent, and professional communication with all Serikat Pekerja levels and employee representatives.
  • Support the implementation, interpretation, and enforcement of the Collective Labor Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama – PKB) or Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan – PP).
  • Represent the company during labor negotiations and facilitate regular bipartite forums to proactively address union grievances.

2. Dispute Resolution, Investigations & Compliance

  • Ensure all company policies, actions, and contract terminations strictly comply with Indonesian labor laws and current regulations
  • Lead internal investigations into employee misconduct, manage the progressive discipline process, and handle the issuance of warning letters (Surat Peringatan)
  • Oversee formal termination procedures and represent the company during bipartite/tripartite meetings, industrial disputes, or mediation processes with Disnakertrans

3. Legal Monitoring, Documentation & Training

  • Monitor and assess ongoing labor law developments (e.g., changes to implementing regulations) and advise management on necessary updates
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all IR cases, legal correspondence, and bipartite minutes of meeting
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to employees and line managers regarding labor rights, workplace discipline, and company rule

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field with a strong foundation in Indonesian legal frameworks.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the manufacturing, heavy industry, or process industry.
  3. Legal Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, UU Ketenagakerjaan, and its latest amendments/regulations (e.g., UU Cipta Kerja, PP 35/2021 regarding PKWT/PKWTT, working hours, and termination).
  4. Technical Skills: Proven track record in handling labor unions (Serikat Pekerja) and managing dispute resolution up to tripartite stages; Strong legal drafting skills (agreements, defense statements, warning letters, mutual termination agreements); Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
  5. Mobility & Schedule: Fully willing to be based in Dumai, Riau, and comfortable working a schedule of Mon – Fri + alternate Saturdays (half day).
