About the role

This full-time CS Import role at PT Maha Harmoni Logistik, a leading freight forwarding company in Cakung Jakarta, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient management of import operations. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our valued clients, ensuring seamless import processes and timely delivery of goods.

Job Description:

• Ensuring end to end process of custom's document are well arranged

• Establish and maintain relationship with Customer 

• Make necessary contact & coordination with internal and external customer, and others ( shipping, general forwarder)

• Submit manifest to Indonesian's customs.

• Daily communicating with customers and overseas partners.

• Resolves or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• Good Decision making and problem-solving skill

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major 

• Have experience min 3 years as Customer Service Import in Freight Forwarding company.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English 

• Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel

• Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, import documents and the necessary permit, including PIB modules, CEISA 4.0, BC 2.3

• Honest & having good communication and interpersonal skill
