Layout Planning: Understand and assess the validity of rationalization requirements for each business module in layout planning; take the lead in designing scientific and reasonable park and factory layouts, as well as logistics routes; lead the design of automated logistics and warehousing solutions in the production process and establish warehousing standards.

Production Resource Standards: Lead the formulation of capacity planning in conjunction with equipment and base counterpart departments, regularly output capacity balance charts for the next 3-6 months, propose effective improvement suggestions, and promote improvements.

Take the lead in formulating direct labor standards, compare differences, output improvement projects, and promote improvements; analyze quota differences between bases (such as BOM/WIP/non-BOM), conduct bench marking analysis, and drive improvements across bases; be responsible for capacity achievement analysis, provide on-site technical guidance, analyze and improve problems occurring in production, and ensure capacity achievement and promotion of capacity improvement; optimize on-site operation man-hours, optimize operation manpower, improve capacity, and reduce cycle time (CT); improve or design tooling fixtures to reduce work intensity and improve work efficiency; be responsible for the planning and implementation of new production units, assist in the introduction of new equipment, optimization of logistics paths, evaluation and introduction of automated equipment, etc.; undertake key projects related to automation transformation, labor efficiency improvement, logistics transformation, etc. at the base; promote on-site improvements such as efficiency enhancement and cost reduction.

Regularly organize relevant personnel to review and release excellent projects, and evaluate excellence; establish special improvements for repeated and complex issues by analyzing relevant indicators; take the lead in promoting the rapid replication and promotion of excellent projects across bases; understand the IE (Industrial Engineering) system, identify on-site problem points by combining the eight wastes and visual management standards, classify problem points, formulate improvement countermeasures for problem points by leveraging IE tools, and continuously promote improvements; take the lead in formulating on-site standards such as visual management and possess training and guidance capabilities to train on-site personnel at all levels.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates from renowned institutions universities; majors in engineering, management, or industrial engineering are preferred.
• Global well-known enterprises in cross-industry fields (semiconductor, electronics and electrical, automotive, home appliances) or leading enterprises in the same industry.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in IE (industrial engineering) fields, including plant planning, investment planning, production line planning, benefit analysis, total cost management, and project management.
• Successful project experience in at least one module of business such as plant layout planning, production resource management, manufacturing cost management, and improvement, including scheme planning and design, effective process control, and support for achieving objectives.
