Job Responsibilities

1. Goal Management

Collaborate with regional business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR - related goals and action plans.

Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the company's overall business goals, ensuring employees' performance is effectively evaluated and rewarded.

Monitor and analyze HR - related key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Local Recruitment

This includes identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates through various channels (such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies), conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Build and maintain a strong network of local talent pools, attending industry events and engaging with educational institutions to attract top - tier candidates.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

3. Training

Assess the training and development needs of employees in the region based on performance evaluations, business requirements, and skills gaps.

Design and deliver customized training programs, either in - house or through external partnerships, covering areas such as leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to enhance employee performance and productivity.

4. Culture Construction

Promote and embed the company's values and culture within the regional teams. Develop and implement cultural initiatives, events, and communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and a sense of belonging.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing any cultural differences or conflicts that may arise.

Encourage cross - regional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and a unified corporate culture.

5. Daily HR Operations

Handle all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee counseling, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and local laws.

Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and all personnel documentation processes accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and benefits requirements, and manage employee benefits administration.

Provide support and guidance to managers on HR - related matters, such as performance management, employee development, and workforce planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HRBP roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills
