We are looking for some qualified candidates for the position of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to join our team.
Qualification & Skills
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
Proven ability and track record in HR management.
Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a school setting is an advantage.
Computer literate and familiar with Google Workspace.
Job Description
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate new staff onboarding and orientation programs.
Address staff grievances, mediate disputes, and implement appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality records.
Provide advice and answer enquiries from teachers and staff for their concerns on contract signing, career development, etc. Identify the common concerns in order to work out or adjust HR practices to address their needs.
Maintain compliance with school policies, child protection regulations, labor laws, and any relevant educational authority mandates.
Process expatriate teacher's legal documents and permit.
Maintain and update accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and personal information.
Maintain regular communication and cooperative, positive relationships with the Academic and Non Academic teams.
